HOW TO MEASURE BRA SIZE
Share
Around 80% of women in Pakistan wear ill-fitting bras because they don’t know how to measure their size correctly. A perfect fitting bra is not only important for a good look, but it’s also crucial for correct posture and proper support.
Calculating your bra size is very simple. All you need is a measuring tape and to wear a non-padded bra that fits you comfortably.
Step 1: Calculate Band Size
-
Measure the area directly under your bust (ribcage) to find your band size in inches.
-
Band size is always taken in an even number.
-
Example: If your measurement is 33.3 or 33.6, round it up to 34.

Step 2: Calculate Bust Size / Cup Size
-
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is not too tight or too loose.
-
Bust size can be in even or odd numbers.

Now subtract your band size from your bust size to find the cup size.
✅ Example:
-
Band size = 34
-
Bust size = 37
-
Difference = 3 → Correct bra size is 34C
Cup Size Difference Guide
-
1 inch difference → A Cup
-
2 inch difference → B Cup
-
3 inch difference → C Cup
-
4 inch difference → D Cup
